Our Services
Whatever the drainage problem, we have the right service for it — from a blocked sink at 11pm to a full soakaway installation for a new build. Domestic and commercial, planned and emergency.
What we do
Not sure which one applies? Call 0330 128 1329, describe what's happening, and we'll point you in the right direction.
Drain blocked, sewage backing up, or water where it shouldn't be right now.
Our emergency line is answered around the clock, every day of the year. Call 0330 128 1329 and we'll talk you through the situation straight away. Engineer availability and attendance times for your postcode are confirmed when you call.
Blocked sink, slow-draining bath, blocked toilet or an outdoor drain causing problems.
Most domestic blockages are cleared in a single visit using high-pressure water jetting or manual rodding — whichever is right for the situation. We diagnose before we act, and tell you if the blockage is likely to recur and why.
Find out exactly what's going on inside your drains, without guessing.
We insert a camera into the drain and record footage of what's there — useful for recurring blockages, checking older pipework, investigating subsidence or producing a report for a property purchase. You get the footage and a written report.
Cracked, collapsed or misaligned drains, repaired with or without digging.
Repairs range from patch lining a single crack to excavating and replacing a damaged section. Where possible we use no-dig techniques — drain relining and CIPP lining — which are faster, less disruptive and often less expensive than excavation.
Tree roots growing into your drains are a slow-build problem that doesn't fix itself.
Root intrusion is one of the most common causes of recurring blockages, particularly in older properties with mature trees nearby. We cut and clear root growth from inside the pipe with specialist cutting equipment, then assess whether the pipe itself needs repair.
Surface water building up on your property? A soakaway may be the right solution.
A soakaway lets surface water drain slowly into the ground rather than overwhelming gutters and drains. We design and install soakaways for gardens, driveways and commercial sites — crate systems, rubble-filled and French drains depending on ground conditions.
Water jetting that scours the pipe wall clean, not just punches a hole through.
Jetting uses controlled high-pressure water and a selection of nozzles to cut through fat, silt, scale and root hair, then flush the debris away. It is the difference between clearing a blockage and restoring the full bore of the pipe, which is why we use it on recurring problems and on commercial lines that carry grease.
A new pipe formed inside the old one — no digging, usually done in a day.
Cured-in-place lining feeds a resin-saturated liner into the damaged run and cures it against the existing pipe wall, creating a seamless new pipe. It seals cracks and open joints, stops roots getting back in and improves flow, all without excavating a driveway, patio or garden.
Drainage for pubs, kitchens, care homes, schools, blocks of flats and industrial sites.
Commercial work has to fit around trading hours, tenants and compliance paperwork. We handle reactive callouts and planned maintenance for managing agents, facilities teams and business owners, with clear reporting and invoicing that stands up to scrutiny.
Buying a property? A drain survey before exchange is one of the most overlooked checks — and one of the most important.
A CCTV survey carried out during conveyancing can identify collapsed pipes, root intrusion, misaligned joints or illegal connections before you complete. Problems found after exchange become your problem. Our reports are clear enough for a buyer and detailed enough for a solicitor.
